At Fly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to getting you back in the game as quickly as possible.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

    Print Your Label

    Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

    Pack Your Gear

    Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, securely seal the box, and affix the shipping label to the outside.

  • 4.
    Ship and Track

    Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
